I am a Digital Marketing Generalist and creative thinker with a strong interest in business branding, consumer and competitor insights, content design, integrated marketing communications, social media, and website development. What began as a casual university module evolved into a significant commitment to becoming a professional in the digital marketing field. I have gained advanced knowledge and developed technical skills that enable me to establish meaningful connections between businesses and their stakeholders.

My professional experience spans various industry sectors, including tourism and travel, fashion retail, and warehousing. From the outset of my career, I have thrived in fast-paced environments, and I excel in challenging situations. I prefer to be a solutions-oriented individual, gathering data to make informed decisions and mitigate risks during crises. When I am passionate about a project, I fully commit myself, striving to exceed deadlines and targets. I am driven and enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge and developing my skills. What are my career objectives?
I am seeking an opportunity for my career transition, being particularly interested in the collaborative role of Digital Marketing Specialist that is not only aligned with my education but also offer constant development and job role progress to the senior level. While I would like to utilise my creativity and initiative in order to satisfy my clients' needs by implementing complex digital marketing solutions, increasing your brand awareness, market share and revenue growth should bethe part of my daily duties. My desire is undertaking a remote, or hybrid job role within a goal-oriented team that is destined to launch and implement complex digital marketing solutions, and in a dynamic organisation where each day brings new challenges.
The why behind Digital Force?
I created Digital Force in 2024 to introduce myself as a professional employee and stand out from the Digital Marketing Workforce competition. While this project objective is to highlight the course of my life to potential employers, the goal is to get a Entry Digital Marketer role and kick off a long-kasting and meaningful career, being related to my degrees, or intrestes.
Next, according to statistics, the number of employees in the advertising and marketing economy of the UK and is constantly growing, while female labour consist the majority. I also believe that now is the best moment to pursue a digital role as the overall growth in remote jobs in Europe is the highest since the outbreak of C-19. In fact, the digital marketing job demand is still on rise. Predicted to increase by 6-10% across the globe in the coming years, and with regards to the rise of new employment patterns
(i.e. remote, hybrid, non-linear working hours, unlimited holidays, microtask platforms, managing workers algorithmically),
it provides more autonomy to structure a workday, to complete tasks efficiently, and make employees more productive by giving them more flexibility for undertaking activities outside of work and more happy by giving them an occasion to enjoying a better work-life balance. Personally, I prefer to meet the given deadlines when it is convenient to me due to my childcare responsibilities.
In addition, working from a self-designed office enables an employee to have control over the environmental impact, or work for you from the other part of the globe if required.

What drives me to be happy?
I’m a mom of a happy 3-years-old toddler so you may see me playing with my tiny one in the back garden, or drinking latte on the go in the heart of Birmingham. We may dance together accidentally if attending the same music event. I may travel next to you by train, or by plane in my spare time. You may meet scuba diving,
or paddleboarding during the summer. If you want, you may learn from me how to plan your own website, or create and schedule
your brand social media content. Overall, I am happy in the current circumstances, adding new one-in-a-lifetime activities to my bucket list and thinking positive about the future.
